New Family Registration will open at 8:00am on Monday, February 9th. In order for your application to be considered complete, we need to receive both the registration form and the Tuition Express form. You may either fill out the registration form document and email it or drop it off, or you may fill out the website form below.

Admission:

Submit a completed application form and a Tuition Express authorization form. There is a $25/student non-refundable application fee.
After class placement has been confirmed, you will be charged the registration deposit. Deposits are $200 for each child enrolling for two days/week and $400 for each child enrolling for four days/week.
Withdrawal from the program at any time will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Withdrawal after July 15, 2026 will also result in a charge of one full month of tuition.
Withdrawal after August 15, 2026 will result in a charge of one full month of tuition, plus an early withdrawal fee of $500/child (2 days/week enrollment) or $1,000/child (4 days/week enrollment).
Deposits will be credited to your tuition account in May 2026, if you are still enrolled in the program at that time.

Fees:

Tuition is the main financial expense parents incur while their children are enrolled at Mother's Day Out. There will be an additional program fee charged at the beginning of the school year and will be listed on your invoice.

Before/After Care are separate pricing and registration will be available at a later date.

I understand the tuition and deposit guidelines stated above. I also agree to provide the MDO office with a 30-day written withdrawal notice and pay all fees owed, if my child cannot continue in the program for any reason. A withdrawal form can be found in the main office.
